After having discussions with several of my colleagues within the Coldstore Construction industry over the last few years the general consensus seems to be that at some stage many companies struggle to achieve their goals, mainly due to not having the experienced or correctly qualified management required to carry out the works within the clients allotted programme for the project.

Having worked as a projects / contracts manager for some of the leading Coldstore Construction companies during the last thirty years I am now offering my services working as a freelance projects / site manager on: Coldstore / Food production facilities / Insulated panel structures on a short term basis.

Whilst working in the Coldstore Construction industry for the last 45 years I have gained vast experience in all types of Coldroom Construction methods using most types of insulated panel core materials and associated trims, doors etc.

Having started work on the tools direct from school working up through various roles with several companies within the industry over the years resulting in the contract management of projects with values of a few hundred pounds up to over a million pounds.

During busy periods if you find it difficult to manage the current workload in house why not use the services of a fully experienced project / site manager on a temporary basis, this way you do not have the increased financial burden of having to continue with their employment once the project has been completed and the work load has returned to normal.
I have the experience needed to carry out this role on your behalf and would be pleased to have the opportunity to work with your company during these busy periods. For obvious reasons absolute discretion would be guaranteed and confidentiality maintained, mainly to prevent details being passed on to other companies in regards to information of a technical or financial nature regarding future projects that you may have planned.

Costs

Because there is no such thing as a standard project and the fact that each project needs assessing as to which of the aforementioned services are needed it is not possible to have a standard price list for each item.
Ideally I would like to meet with you and have discussions about your requirements as well as going through the drawings and specification for the work, this would allow me to give an definitive cost for me to carry out the work on your behalf based on this information given.

Additional costs would be applied to cover travelling expenses and hotel accommodation if it were required

Over the years I have carried out full time site management on behalf of ISD Coldstores Ltd, Hemsec Installations Ltd, Chenez Contracts Ltd, Carter Coldstore Systems Ltd, Insulated Projects Ltd, Celsius Projects Ltd, H.B.C.L Coldstores Ltd

These projects vary in value between £350 thousand and £2.5 million.
