Site Management during construction periods (either full time on site or 1, 2 or 3 one day visits to site per week).

On site Liaison with other trades and clients to ensure continued progress of works on site.

Checking of material deliveries for both quality and quantity prior to them being used on site.

Policing of Health & Safety standards and working practices as defined in your site method statements etc.

Recording of variations to contract or any other additional works required.

Provision of site labour if required.

Initial site surveys with detailed reports listing materials or flashing trims required to carry out the works.

Assistance with the preparation of estimates and quotations.

Production of R.A.M.S, operation and maintenance manuals etc.

Recording of any dayworks and/or standing time incurred by other trades during the contract period will be recorded in the site diary and on site specific daywork sheets.

Experienced in the production of Autocad Drawings including, modifying and/or amendments to existing Autocad drawing layouts and also production of new drawings based on survey notes or drawings from other tradesmen.

Assistance with the design of insulated enclosures (Coldrooms, Chiller rooms, Temperature controlled enivironments, Clean rooms, Fire Walls or Fire compartments etc)

I am a fully registered assessor for the N.V.Q / Q.C.F qualification of candidates wanting to achieve their qualification for the construction of Insulated Enclosures, I have worked on this type of qualification part time for the last five years working with N.S.A.C which is a specialised team working in conjunction with the Construction Skills agency.

I am also qualified to carry out N.V.Q / Q.C.F qualification of candidates in the external insulation of existing buildings.

I hold a current S.M.S.T.S Construction Site Managers Certificate.
